m43 Studio portrait RAW-file?

the copyright belongs to the photographer, unless he has trasfered it in a written document signed by him to the customer.  In the absense of such a written document, the photographer retians the copyright and the customer only gets possesion of the actual photo print/CD, etc. and a limited license to use it.
