enough of sandy hook already.

So many knee jerk reactions and very little rational thought.

1) The guy had serious mental issues.  Having a cop at the school would have probably ended in a dead cop as well.

2)  Trying to regulate fire arms at this stage of the game is ridiculous.  They are plentiful and easy to get access to.  The people of the U.S. aren't going to allow a broad ban of fire arms.  It just won't happen.

3)  Arming the teachers isn't going to deter a mental unstable person who probably wants to die anyway.

4)  All deaths are a tragedy.  Just because a group of people died together doesn't change the safety of our selves or our children.  At the end of the year statistically nothing has really changed.  So what why are people getting their panties in a bunch.
