Photographer's Opinon on Photography Contract?

he was just trying to gain insight into the muddled silly mind of photographers.  Just read these forums it's like a madhouse in here. seems to me the mark of a good lawyer is one that learns his client/adversary more intimately than one that can just simply quotes precedent.  You don't need law and lawyerly language to undo an adversary if you can figure out just which buttons to push and watch them undo themselves.
