+1 on the Gordy. Just got one recently, as a full length strap really gets in the way for studio-type shooting. Need to soften it up, but liking it so far. Sort of wish I would have gotten the 'long' length, as I did add the wrist pad, and the leather is quite thick. Great quality product, hand-made, which is always a bonus.
