I had the same a few months ago problem:

Although in this example the whole image is damaged, I also had a lot of images like yours.

Cause of defects:

1. RAM (in my case). Check your complete RAM. You can run a test in the BIOS or download a free software. You must replace any defective modules.

2. Hard disc. Unlikely, but possible.

3. CF card. Likely the cause. Just test other cards.
