For Telephoto work - D7000, D5200, D300s, or wait ?

My main interest is telephoto work, birds in flight and wildlife with my D90 and either the Nikkor 70-300 VR or Sigma 50-500 OS.  A 70-200 2.8 may be in my near future, might be a Nikorr too.  I've almost decided to buy a D7000 at the sale price, but a friend has suggested the D5200 that has been announced.

At 24 MP and the same AF and sensor as the D7000, the 5200 would seem a good choice for cropping telephoto shots and it should also have excellent low-light quality.  Any rumors of body only price in the US ?

Of course the D300(s) is a very capable camera for BIF and wildlife as well.  The AF is reputable although the resolution is not as much as some newer models.

We can speculate on the D7000 or D300 replacements but who knows when they will arrive.

Your thoughts and comments please ?
