Help in buying 1st DSLR!

Hi, 1st things 1st.. I'm from India, I say that 1st because equipments are limited here :-(. 2ndly im not a rich guy, i'm on a tight budget and i'm not going to upgrade for the next 5 years(both lenses and body). Finally, i'm a cinematography student. So, i'll need a good video quality DSLR (But i'm not gonna shoot movies in this, just short films and documentaries), paired with a block lens offering apertures lower than f2.0. My budget in buying a complete kit, and i mean complete.. along with tripod, bag, filters, lens cleaners etc. is 1700$. nothing more than that. I'd love to shoot birds and wildlife, im an amateur cinematographer, i also try macro and landscape. Help me get my 1st DSLR.

I have D7000 in my mind, along with 18-55VR nikkor, 50mm 1.8 D, sigma 70-300 DG Macro. Yes, i'll be ok with using 3rd party lenses if the image quality is 8/10(For the price:-P).
