Has anyone gotten their D4 fixed for left AF point? (with success I mean)

It's already beyond the date where Thom Hogan said that the issues with the D800 (and/or maybe the D4) left AF might be finally fixed.

Looking at a recent thread by The Photo Ninja and his D800 green LCD fix which comes along with a rather polite and formal letter, I'm starting to think that Nikon has sorted out all management issues regarding the provision of defective product servicing... hopefully not too many of the engineers had to perform harikiri/seppuku on themselves.

Has anyone gotten their D4(s) with the identical left AF point problem (I mean IDENTICAL to the D800, it is exactly the same issue) fixed?

At the same time I suggest those who do not have this problem and own a D4/D800 to keep to constructive comments. Also I do not wish to hear from Mr Leonard Shephard a.k.a the L-AF Thread Murderer.
