How bad is Nikkor 18-200 on > 16 MPixels ?

I could tell you a long and epic story about planning, flashes used and time spend on the perfect setup. But the reality is that there was very little time to take a picture (less than a minute with nobody in the seats, long line of other people wanting to make a photo). And I normally don't use a flash. So I set my camera to automatic and hoped for the best. According to ViewNX it used a Front Curtain flash (that is if I got the translation right, my ViewNX is set to Dutch).
