Suggestion for Manual Focusing System

For maximum focus accuracy (for me) I like Mode 2 with 4X magnification.

This is my "responsiveness" problem:

1.  Start with a normal view.

2.  Push Fn1 for Mode 2.

3.  Push Fn2 for 4X magnification.

Too much button pushing.  I would prefer no button pushing (or half-press shutter) to have a center portion of the viewfinder in Mode 2, 4X.
