Not sure what you're asking? If it's coma, shoot the sky with one bright star in a corner, another in the middle of the field somewhere. Actually you don't need the one in the middle, but it'll tell you something about field flatness. Use several apertures and see what you can live with. You might test each corner if you're being picky (for centration, parallelism of mount/sensor, etc)
