Photographer's Opinon on Photography Contract?

Being an attorney, you seemed ignorant of contract law.  Being an adversarial system, nothing is decided until x amount of judges say it has been decided.  I'm sure precedents exist for both sides; justice comes for those with the deepest pockets.
