Possible BIG problem 16-50 with Nex 6!

Hi,

I will give you a perfect example of what I am talking about. My main camera is the Canon 1DX.

When I first received it I took some pictures with my "L" lenses  and they were slightly soft. Now the 1DX has arguably the best focus system available today.

It WAS focusing accurately the problem was I had to do specific lens microadjustments to get each of the lenses to be tack sharp. This helps eliminate the variability between lenses and camera bodies.

Once I did specific adjustments to EACH lens they were all tack sharp.

This is totally normal and one of the reasons they include this microadjustment feature.

There simply could be some kind of misalignment between the 16-50 zoom and the Nex 6 body. That is why I am trying to see if others have this problem................as one poster definitely does.
