Help - video files disappeared - d7000!

OK - found out.... it was down to the movie files being saved onto the slot 2 card - couldn't work out why this would be if it is supposed to be as back up card only - I guess it's a default for video.

Shame I've formatted slot 2 card from the nativity then - hey ho. Disappointing but not the end of the world.

Oh - not using software to open them - just literally transferring them into Finder to start with (I tend to do this before importing into LR).

thanks all for your help/thoughts. I guess I'll chalk this one up to experience.
