Photographer's Opinon on Photography Contract?

Well, I may be wrong since I am no lawyer specialized in such matters, but frankly, as an attorney you should have known better. You signed a simple contract that grants you no rights other than to get some prints. She owns the copyright and this is even explicitly stated, so she can do whatever she wants with those photographs.
