Wrist strap or neck strap for RX1?

So far I am using the neck strap as the camera just feels more secure on it.  I picked up a Crumpler bag that just fits the camera, extra battery etc and has a shoulder strap. Its a little bitt of a pain to stuff the camera in the bag with the strap on. Im worried having it on the wrist strap I may be more likely to drop it or someone snatching it out of my hand as I live in SF. Thoughts?
