Oh well, that's the penalty for shooting JPG I guess.
That's right, I wouldn't really go full frame either if my intention was to shoot jpg...

Shooting jpg is no reason expect full auto to give you the best results, especially in a high-end body that is intended for a customer base that demands more control of their photography.
