You are quite right - it is much more correct to say that the Fuji uses a CFA-type sensor, and Bayer is a different CFA-type sensor. None the less, it is not true that the "random" (actually quite regular) arrangement of colors on the Fuji CFA somehow makes the Fuji immune to aliasing artifacts.  If you doubt that, look at the banknotes on the dpreview studio comparison image to see quite strong moiré patterns.
