K200D - Action photography - Options....

Hi Everyone,
I have owned a K200D for about 3 years now. It was my first ever step into the SLR world and I've very much enjoyed using it as a camera. It came with 2 Sigma lens - 18-55 and 70-300. I've also purchased an AF-360FGZ flash.
My kids are getting older and very much involved in sport. I'm noticing the limitations of my current kit and wondering what the best way to improve my results.
I had initially considered a better lens - a 70-200 2.8 Sigma but once I looked at the price of this lens I decided I should look at all options.
Looking at this site:
http://www.dxomark.com/index.php/Cameras/Camera-Sensor-Ratings/(type)/usecase_sports
it appears that the K200D has quite average sport performance with a rating of ISO 561 on their chart.
The K30 is 1129, whilst the K5II is 1235.
Which makes me wonder should I sell my K200D with 18-55 lens (and keep the 70-300 lens) and purchase a K30 with the 18-135 lens (which I've heard very good reports about).
I think the K5 is out of my budget.
The other option of course is to purchase a Nikon or Canon as they're highly rated for low noise high ISO but I'd then need to start from scratch, so this isn't what I'm considering at the moment.
Thanks for any help anyone can give.
Tony
