Anya - Beach Portrait CC / Comments Welcome

Hi All,

I recently moved to a MAC and to an extent my workflow has changed.  I no longer have access to photoshop and my go to actions for family portraits etc are now completely different.  I've been using Aperture for basic tidying up and Snapseed to apply a little more creativity - albeit within much tighter limitations.  I suppose I will need to think about the latest version of PS at some point.

Here is one of Anya on the beach.  I've taken a pretty tight crop of the original which included the torso and tried to give focus to the eyes, and add a bit of contrast and colour to the face.

The positives here are that I can even do the PP work on the iPad (sacrilege I know) and the automated photostream ensures all versions appear on all devices.  I'm getting the sense however (particularly when I post on the DP forum that they look way more overdone than on my monitor - not entirely sure why that is).

Anyway, any comments appreciated.
