Every year the residents of Franklin Road put up their Christmas illuminations.

Some residents in Wood Street don't want to be outdone.

In this video us Morris Dancers finish our last bracket in Franklin Road, then I stay behind to watch the illuminations at leisure -

Two days later I catch the first Pohutakawa blossom in Long Bay Reserve.

Three days later after some shopping in town I catch the VOYAGER OF THE SEAS leaving Auckland.

The horn is very loud, but I am inclined to describe the sound as a form of flatulence -
