Slide scanning service recommendations (UK)

I'd like to get some of the many 35mm slides I shot before making the switch to digital in 2005 digitised. I'd like the work done to a high standard, ie scanned to a high resolution, on good equipment, supplied as RAW or TIFF rather than JPEG, ideally auto corrected for dust etc. I'm in the UK. Can anyone recommend a good service, based on personal experience?
