QPCARD No customer service

Ordered via QCARD website instead of buying xrite from a shop is the biggest mistake I made before the end of the world. Order placed on 27 Nov 2012 in the hope to use it for a wedding shoot tomorrow. I was thinking 3 weeks would get a piece of paper delivered to anywhere in the world. Other stuff I ordered same time from Amazon were here weeks ago.

The invoice only has a QPCARD shipping number not a DHL one.

Contacted them twice via email and on their website. No response.

I wouldn't say it is poor service because how can anyone put a description on something non-existence.
