Nikon 70-200mm f/4 Review
Dec 19, 2012

I am well aware that dpreview provides the best extensive analysis of lenses.  However, I have attempted to provide a Nikon 70-200mm f/4 review .  Should you provide comments or questions, please be critical.  Suggestions are also welcomed.

I have attempted to cover a variety of topics, including autofocus, light fall off, bokeh,  sharpness.  I have tested it on the D4, D800E, D600 and D3200.  I have also tested it on the TC-20EIII teleconverter.  Surprisingly the D3200 can still autofocus using the teleconverter.

Another thing to note is that I found the lens to be softer when focused at its minimum focusing distance, 3.3ft.  Is this expected?  I remember the original 80-200mm f/2.8 to exhibit similar softness when focused at close distances.
