Does this look like dust?

Hey guys,

Somewhat newbie DSLR user here. I'm just wondering if this looks like dust on my sensor too you?

I took this picture in manual, kit lens, aperture:f36, shutter 3.2s. I shook the camera as I took the photo. ( Thats what I read! )

If this is dust how bad is it?
