They can't bury the Sigma/Foveon approach, and it looks to me like DXOmark was in a panic when Sigma just introduced a new methodology :

"Evaluation with Sigma's own MTF measuring system “A1”
We used to measure lens performance with MTF measuring system using conventional sensors. However, we've now developed our own proprietary MTF (modulation transfer function) measuring system (A1) using 46-megapixel Foveon direct image sensors. Even previously undetectable high-frequency details are now within the scope of our quality control inspections. The SIGMA 35mm F1.4 DG HSM will all be checked using this “A1” before they are shipped."
new Sigma MTF A1 methodology

If most of the metrics have been based on Bayer assumptions, and the Joint Photographers Expert Group made the assumption that the public is color blind, so 8bpc was fine for jpg (at least in most jpg iterations), that does not mean that everyone has to have an operation to have cones removed from their eyes or trade their Sigma camera for a Bayer-based one, just to go with the majority's workflow.

As far as the vignetting, I show Sigma's curve in sd1m.com
