Canon India Sucks!

Wow ... really sorry to hear about your ordear Chetan - I've been pondering over the last couple of months about sending my 17-55 f/2.8 IS lens to Canon Kolkata as it has a focus hunting issue ... but after reading the ordeal you've been going through - I'm having second thoughts ...

I've found that Canon India sales managers have been very lax and unwilling to help when I was searching for a place to buy 17-55 in the eastern region. Looks like the same attitude has percolated down to service.

Hope you get a resolution to your issue - have you tried MFA (incase you're consistently getting back/ front focus for a particular lens) ... ? Might be worth just trying out whether MFA sorts your problem!
