Extreme birding,G5 and 100-300

I have tried to take a few bird in flight shots with my EM-5 and 75-300. For every decent photo these probably 30 poor ones. The faster and smaller the bird, the worst the ratio.

These are probably my best results, although these certainly room for improvement.
