Seen some used NEX3 c's floating around for $360 or so.

Anyway it looks like it scored quite well on DPReview even versus the 5n. Seems to have phase detection autofocus and all and really looks like a swell camera if it works like it should - but.
What are the drawbacks of the 3c versus the 5n? Also at present price points the Nikon V1 against the 3c? Can't believe the V1 has a 10-30mm lens and 30-110 at the $400 point right now.
