I have. And so have many others, with great success. At the time I used first 4 GB cards (don't remember brand or speed, probably Transcends). When firmware 1.1.1 became available, I moved to 16 GB Transcends (and started shooting RAW+JPEG), and finally 133x 32 GB Transcends (which I shared with the then-new 5D Mark II).
a 64Gb?
I have a recollection of someone here using such a card succesfully, but I couldn't swear on it.
Has anyone used a fast CF card in a 5d and noticed an increase in the RAW buffer capacity?
AFAIK, anything beyond (currently) basic 133x is lost on the 5D. They will of course work, but there will be no benefit.
