Wifi SDHC card？

I once tested an app called AirProjector on iPhone，I installed this app and my iPhone and computer located in the same wifi zone. Then type a http address on chrome (computer), select one picture from iPhone and make it display, the computer will display the same picture though the picture doesn’t have a copy file on computer.

This is called cloud, like Apple iCloud and Google Drive, sharing documents on internet space. What I want to say is, do you know a memory card supports wifi hot spot and even you can download documents from it without connecting it to computer and mobile devices or tablets? Though I know iCloud, but I still feel amazing when I know there is memory card with wireless connection in such a mini body.

It supports 5 wifi addresses downloading at the same time. But I am thinking if it needs to download an app on computer or phone to make it work.
