5d Mark III Set Up questions

With my T3i I do have HTP in My Menu...........and I tend to leave it on.  Perhaps I shouldn't and I will pay more attention to noise with in "On" and with it "Off" to see if I should change my tendency to use HTP.  I'm curious to know others thoughts.........especially wedding photographers, about HTP.  Do you use it?????
