How is Nikon dealing with D600 oil/dust spots issue in your country?

I called them today (Norway), and they claimed to know nothing about this problem at all.

They might be living in a cave (which is odd since they answered the phone) - or they might be lying.

'Anyone' I know that dabbles a bit in photography and uses the internet has heard of this issue, but maybe the guys and gals at Nikon doesn't photograph much...
