100 2.8L IS Macro vs. 135 2.0L for handheld portraits

I just got a 6D and have read lots of glowing reviews for both of these primes. Aside from the focal length differences, can anyone chime in on which might be better for handheld portraits in all types of light?
They are basically the exact same price at this moment on Amazon.
