You can check that by putting camera in shutter priority and checking for each focal length, zoom factor, the lowest shutter speed required to prevent the red camera shake icon from appearing.

Wide angle @ 1/8 second or less

Full telephoto @ 1/60 second or less

It also appears that this is directly and only related to focal length and shutter speed.  Adding camera movement when just outside these ranges does not cause the jitter warning to appear.
