Oh no, please dont misunderstand... I was just confused cuz I just placed an order for a D600 with kit lens + Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. So I am spending a huge amount... I wouldn't wanna buy the 24-70mm lens if the kit 24-85mm lens is more than enough for the Midrange Zoom...

Just wanna know what actual photographers think...
