Wildlife in South Africa

Came back a while ago after spending some time in a couple of Game Reserves and National Parks in South Africa.

We saw a lot of Rhino which unfortunately are being targeted by poachers for their horns.

Close to 400 hundred have been killed this year alone, and at this rate they'll soon be extinct in the wild.

These horns are all headed for the Asian markets !!!!!!!!!!!!!, where they fetch an absolute ridiculous price.

Most of the pic. are taken with a D300s and Sigma 150-500 OS.

There is also a fair number taken with a D80 and 70-300VR.
