Worst: a 3 way tie:

A. TLR [Stands for Twin Lens Refles] large and heavy without any gain and usually square
formated.

B. Any square format [usless since we neither see things square nor seem to prefer square photos
as a species].

C. Range finder focus systems [parallax, horrid at fine focusing, Where is that yellow square or dot
on the yellow wall, tiny split focus].

BEST for their time:

A. Speed or Crown Graphlex [4X5" sheet film "Press Cameras" did everything andfor their time
thery were great].

B. Minolta X700 [Minolta's last and best Electro-mechanical 35mm camera. I frequently "out shot"
other young pro's covering the same event who used other much more expensive cameras;
partly due to Minolta's easy use, fast setup].

C. Fuji 6900 Wow! less than half the price of its nearest competitor at the time and in general
better photo quality [very low light and studio it was at a very slight disadvantage but still
produced excellent photos].

D. Loved the Nikon D80.

E. I almost forgort the Mamyia RB 67 MF format film heavier than a paving brick and everybit as solid. Fantastic camera. Studio or on scene as long as you did not have to carry it more than an hour or so.
