Er, you can't even compare those 2 lenses. One is a fixed MF fish eye lens and the other is an ultra wide zoom lens. In what situation would someone go "I'm going to need an 8mm fish eye lens for this shot to get the effect I want, but I think I'll use my 10-18mm zoom instead"?
Oh, I have an answer: the situation you described is 96% of the time. 10mm is close enough and the higher optical quality of that lens compared to the 8mm fisheye is more than enough of a reason to prefer it. Also, fisheye shots are hard to justify aesthetically in any serious context (and I'm a serious guy)...
Nope, 8mm and 10mm give very different perspectives at that wide an angle. If you don't like fish-eye lenses fine, there's no need to tell us to try and justify your purchase of your 10-18mm to make yourself feel better.
