Removing Flash Reflections from Eyes.

I just finished my second studio session today. I am trying to learn lighting. I must say that this shoot was much better than the last in those regards. I seem to have some pretty strong reflections of the softboxes in the eyes. I am familiar with Iris and Pupil enhancing, but I cant seem to find a tutorial on removing or lessening the strobe reflections in the eye. I am using Lightroom 4.3.

I posted this in the Retouching forum with no response.  Can anyone here help me out?
