How is Nikon dealing with D600 oil/dust spots issue in your country?

As you can see in my another thread (http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3353027 ) I also got a oil spot in my sensor.
There is a discussion what to do, if do the cleaning byself, send to Nikon etc. I've called Nikon today in my country (Brazil ) and they said to me there is no official procedure and I have to send to them to analysis.
How is Nikon dealing with the issue in your country?
