Whatever problem you are experienced, I am pretty sure it's your or a batch of these they are having problems.
I bought my E-M5 when it first came out to replace my G3. The camera was so excellent I recommend it to my 2 brothers. The both enjoy the camera so much and experience no issues.
FYI, My was purchased in the US, the other 2 was one purchase in Canada, and 1 in HK.
