How can I request the opportunity to create some challenges?

Well, I have been an English teacher so think I can compose intelligible challenges.

I am creative, so can provide something new and different.

I can write Rules that are easy to understand and terse.

I have been a professional photographer but am now retired.  I have time to devote to devote to fulfilling my responsibilities.

I declined a hosting offer when it was offered to me in my first week on DPR, not feeling qualified.  Now I feel I am ready for the experience.

I have read the linked articles on hosting and believe I can easily comply.
