Youll find the 60m@2.8 will have the same DOF as the 45@1.8.
So DOF is not an issue here, as for "bokeh" its subjective. The 60 does look creamier.
The 60 also has the advantage of "more flattenning" as you would need to be further away from subject.
I already have the 45mm, but If I had neither lens I would choose the 60 as it appears to do about the same as 45 with added macro.
The downside is you would need to take a couple of steps back and 1 stop less speed
