A simple, but frustrating question with Lightroom (4.3)

4.3 is different to 4.2. I too used the tiff render in/to CS5 and then save or not save as. As well as the tiff problem not all third party camera calibrations do  show up in 4.3. I had been using a third party version of adobe  standard (since 3.6), however it does not show up in 4.3. The development  history shows this as ACR 4.6 instead.
