Looking for best compact camera with optical viewfinder and 10x zoom

I've been trying to find the best compact camera with an optical viewfinder and largest zoom possible for under $150. The camera would mostly be used for shooting vacation pictures and sporting events.

I can't seem to find anything much to choose from with a viewfinder anymore.
