My usual OM-D bag has: 12mm, 45mm, 75mm, 500mm

I find this to be more than adequate.

For me, the 12mm is almost always mounted, and is what I want on the camera when I don't know what I'll be shooting in the next hour.  The others are for specific, planned activities where the 12mm is obviously not the best choice.

My guess is that usage is:

12mm - 80%

45mm - 10%

75mm - 5%

500mm - 5%

My previous (E-30) bag has two very nice zooms (11-22 and 50-200) and a 50mm macro - but I found that I was using both of the zooms at extreme settings.  What I really had was an 11mm, a 50mm macro,  and a 200mm.  There were, of course, exceptions, but they were rare.

I'm in the market (that is...waiting for it to appear) for a nice, bright 150mm.
