I use DxO with Filmpack for raw conversion 90% of the time. This combo gives provides lens correction, noise correction, and film emulation. The default settings provide high quality conversions with very little fuss - useful and time saving if you don't like spending your time adjusting sliders. I also have PSE and Photomatix but use them only for very specific post processing tasks.
