i5-370K with stock cooling OK?

Wondering what kind of (applications) load made the temps go so high.

Right now my max load will come from LR, PS (generally 1-2 layers) and short videos.  Seem well beyond this cpu can deliver, although I'll be using the on-chip graphics.

Was the cooler retrofit difficult?  I'd like to avoid non-stock cooling until I see that it is really necessary.
