i5-370K with stock cooling OK?

I plan on using this "Ivy Bridge" CPU, including its on-chip 400HD graphics, at stock speeds (no overclocking).  Will be using the included Intel stock fan/heat sink.  Intend to use this for LR editing and office applications.  No gaming.  No movies.

I anticipate that the PC case will be well ventilated (3 fans).  Will the CPU temps be within range, or do I need more CPU cooling.?

I'd appreciate your advice on this.
